5 manifestation myths you need to stop believing now

Manifestation, Attraction, the Law of Abundance are very popular topics lately. You already understand that knowledge is power. When used properly, it can change the world. But people seem to misunderstand few elements which leads to disappointments, quitting and ending up completely rejecting the true benefits of manifestation.

While there are numerous myths, I’ll share just a few of the ones I’ve personally struggled with. The ones that made my path cluttered with obstacles. And the ones that, once eliminated, paved the way for true abundance in my life.


You manifest through your thoughts


That`s false. Manifestation is not just adjusting your thoughts. However only with your thoughts without taking actions you will manifest nothing. Manifestation is technically an emotional warm up, preparing yourself mentally for the work. It`s a combination of thoughts, actions and feelings that puts you on a different frequency/ vibration. You need all these elements to be successful with your manifestation.


You can manifest in certain time


Also false. Manifestation has no deadline. You can`t just tell to the Universe that you want to be millionaire next month or you want to find your soulmate next week without changing anything. You need to take actions, you need to work on yourself hard, making changes in your life, being consistent in your life. It takes time and when you are really ready, the Universe will help you to get what you want. So time is up to you and you can`t just demand it. But you can influence it by working hard on your dreams and never giving up.


Abundance is material gain


If you are a beginner, it`s hard to understand this point. Everyone is making a vision board with dreams and usually everyone wants financial freedom, dream vacations, dream house, dream cars etc. So everything is only material things. And we put nice pictures on our board, right? But after every time we look at the board, we just got frustrated not to have that house or going for that vacation. So we get sad every time, we are blaming ourselves, maybe some looser feelings and slowly we just give up. Is this familiar with you?

When you finally focus on the feelings instead the material things, you gain back your self confidence, you are staying motivated and you are working hard for your dreams. After you realize that manifestation starts with a positive state of mind you`ll be able to manifest them all.


Avoid negativity


That`s my favorite part. Some videos want to tell you that you can manifest only if you are constantly positive and happy. For sure being positive, happy and relaxed will help you a lot, but nobody`s life is a Hollywood fairy tale story. We are getting sometimes frustrated from every day problems especially if you have kids. Every day you have something or someone to disappoint you. So negativity comes from outside, this can`t be just avoid - unless you are able to leave you family forever and move far from them: ) and you through out your phone. But you can slowly learn how to respond or not respond to this negativity. Staying calm in situations and not letting people to destroy your day, your thoughts your energy. To understand that things you can`t change, you just need to simply accept and focus on different aspects of your life. Start to select things that are really important for you and work on those. Become the energy you believe in and share it with others! Eliminate negative people and thoughts from your life as much as possible is your goal in this journey.


Manifestation is a one time process


Some people really think - I made this mistake too - that creating your vision board will do the job. I just need to look at it sometimes and everything will come true. Unfortunately this is not how it works.

Manifestation is an every day process, the best if you do it in the morning after you wake up. You remember what is manifestation? It`s a mental warm up to be able to work hard to reach your goals. If you make a sport, you go every day or at least 3 times a week for training, right? So how you think that training once your mind will do all the work? Do it every day consistently, write every day your manifestation journal, imagine your goals, feel the feeling to reach them and most importantly make every day a to do list how to get to these goals. This will help you to stay focused not just in your mind but also in your work.
